1. ITEMS ARE MISSING
Means you’ve got a great taste! Missing items are high in demand & low in stock, they will be delivered in a separate packet very soon. Please Whatsapp us your order ID to know the exact status of the missing items.
2. I WANT TO RETURN
Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the purchase. Please visit our website and fill up the return form to initiate returns and get a refund. To exchange simply WhatsApp us, please note refund is initiated once we receive the products back to our warehouse and is approved by our QC team. All special sale (announced on our social media pages) items are final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT/SIZE/DEFECTIVE ITEM
Very sorry about this, please whatsapp us the images of what you’ve received and we will get your correct order delivered to you & bring your pretty smile back.
4. WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND
After you submit the return form our pickup agent will contact you within 48 working hours to pickup the products and the refund will be cleared within 3-4 working days after the returned packet is delivered to our warehouse & approved by our QC team.
5. REFUND AMOUNT
The refund for COD order is done in LCP wallet and for the prepaid order its done in your source bank account. The return form is same for both cod and prepaid orders.

We accept returns & can exchange the products any number of times you want as we want to see you happy, the product can be returned within 4 days of delivery 🙂
BELOW IS THE SIMPLE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE.
- Please fill the below mentioned return/exchange form within 4 days of delivery.
- Pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
- For COD orders, the amount will be added in your wallet within 2 days after we receive your product back to us and our quality check team approves it (they make sure its not damaged or worn). Standard Shipping fee is non refundable, you will receive the actual amount of the product only after subtracting the return shipping fee of 90/- ( this amount goes to courier company for picking the packet from your address and delivering to our warehouse)
- Standard shipping fee of 110/- is applicable for all orders, Free shipping is applicable for orders above 1499/-
- INR 99/- are applicable for exchanges (this amount goes straight to courier company). Unlimited exchanges available but can only be generated within 4 days of delivery of your order.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE THE REFUND IN THEIR WALLET ON OUR WEBSITE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH CAN BE USED IN UNDER 15 DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE.

- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Any products ordered on pre-order or made to order for specific measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: REFUND/BANK TRANSFERS ARE APPLICABLE ONLY ON PREPAID ORDERS/ONLINE PAYMENTS FROM OUR WEBSITE AND ON THE SUCCESSFUL RETURN OF ALL ITEMS ORDERED. PARTIAL RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, scrunchies, headbands. If we receive any items without our Tag intact, we will not refund for that item.
Payments made with COD option will receive a Coupon Code worth your order value and can be availed within 15 days from the issuance of the code for future purchases.
